Customer Relation Officers

To keep in contact with our customers, a dedicated team of customer relation officers is assigned to make sure that customer's expectations of service and support are achieved by the service center.

 

Service Terms

(1). The Customer must bring the original copy of the receipt while receiving the machine.

(2). The Service Center will automatically repair machine if the cost does not exceed 15 K.D.

(3). In case the customer did not approve the repair cost, he / she shall pay the inspection charges (photocopy machine 5 K.D, other machines 2 K.D)

(4). In case customer failed to collect his / her machine during the first month from handling in date, 10 K.D will be added as a penalty of storage each month. Also Al-Nahar International Co. has the right to dispose the machine after three months, if the customer failed to collect his / her machine in the said period.
